PEMF is not like anything you have ever felt before. On lower settings, it can feel as if someone is lightly tapping your skin. You may feel a comforting fuzzy vibration. On higher settings, your muscles are stimulated you will feel the energy moving through the problems areas or trigger points. It is overall a painless and enjoyable experience.

PEMF causes no known negative effects, however it can cause the body to detox. This may lead to what is called the Herxheimer Reaction. This is more likely to occur if a person has harmful habits like drinking, smoking, or poor diet. Symptoms usually subside within 24 hours and lessen with each PEMF session.

Session frequency is based on the individual. As improvements are felt for longer periods of time, less frequent sessions are needed. We work closely with each client to tailor a plan for their individual needs.
